I don’t very often write reviews but I really wanted to do this one. I ordered a personalised wooden dolls pram for my Granddaughter which had a few problems when it arrived. I contacted Aleksandra at customer service to tell her about the problems. Absolutely brilliant service! The problems were sorted straight away, I have to say the customer service is second to none! The wooden pram is beautifully made and I know my Granddaughter will love it. I would not hesitate to recommend My 1st Years, they are a fantastic company.
