Bonjour , J’ai très bien reçu la moitié de ma commande , mais pas l’objet principal pour lequel j’avais fait cette démarche sur votre site ( granulés pour filtrer l’eau de mon humidificateur) . Pour l’après shampooing j’ai eu tout de suite des nouvelles, nombres de jours , paquet préparé, parti etc , pour les granulés, rien , aucune nouvelles, ni retard annoncé. Je les ai payés en avance … merci de me contacter pour me dire où en est cette commande ! Bonnes salutations c. Graf
