Myappliance refuses a refund because.....’products should be unpacked with 24 hours as stated in our small print.....’ We are a professional kitchen and bathroom fitter. We spend £000’s on appliances with AO every year, AO are a first-rate appliance company with a fabulous aftercare service and a no-quibble guarantee. I was persuaded to use myappliance on this occasion but ever NEVER AGAIN! Seriously, do yourselves a big favour and AVOID myappliance!
