I bought the plugin and theme - there are issues and no support at all. I got a reply from someone from support once through their Facebook account once because I said that the purchasing on the site was not working just to see their reaction. I'm still using the theme and plugin; until now I haven't faced any major issue to discard the theme and plugin completely, else this rating would have been a one star. My Arcade Plugin team or person seems to be active only when they need to promote the product for Black Friday or something similar.
