Booked for an EPC for 1130am (payment was pending in my account). No one turned up. I tried to contact the person via the online messenger service...got no reply.
1255am telephoned MyConstructor and got cut off twice. On third attempt got through and the call operator said she would contact the "professional" and get back to me. 1230am I received 2 emails stating the appointment was cancelled. Confused, I decided to look for another professional who could conduct the EPC, although this time I obtained someone directly., rather than through a third party site. At 1:30pm I received a call from MyConstructor claiming the "Professional" had Covid and couldn't attend (nice for him to let me know!!!). The call operator said she would get someone else, however I informed her that I'd already booked another company to do it. The payment still remained pending in my account at this point.....some time later the payment for the non-service got paid to MyConstructor. To add insult to injury, I got an email following this payment to state a refund would be given, although it may take up to 30 days!!!!
