After reading these reviews I have to say I am upset that I didn't check these before I made my purchase. Seems like I had the same bad experience as other have here.. bought a $500 dress for my son's wedding that I won't be able to wear, and I refuse to take a store credit! I found a dress I loved online and could not find one store close to where I lived that carried it so I ordered it.. Big mistake! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Waited days to even get a response via email from her. I want nothing to do with this woman whatsoever! She just keeps repeating the same thing over & over again.. "we don't do refunds, I can check with the manager to see if we can issue you a store credit..." Wait.. you have to check with Management to see "IF" I can get a store credit??!! Who is this manager? Oddly enough she has pretty much the same name as you see listed on the website... "MyDressLine by Iness Couture". Inessa..? Close enough to me!! She's got a good scam going.. probably has a very nice house in LA!!
