I have now contacted myenergi a few times for service assistance. Initially not delighted, but over the last 18 months I have found them most knowledgeable and helpful. Dealt with technical advisor John today after the solar battery installation threw out the app working - a very helpful experience. Before that the solar panel installer had also managed to affect the app working and similarly guided through the fix process by myenergi tech assistance.
