Ordered fabric at the beginning of January from what I thought was a UK company, have discovered it’s German! My fabric is to be shipped from Germany using GLS but on checking their website the parcel no has been listed but they (GLS) have not received. Have emailed MyFabric UK but only get automated response. Appalling customer service - if the fabric ever arrives it will be sent straight back. Have reordered from another company - delivered in 5 days.
