I have had a terrible experience with my fabrics.co.uk
Firstly the material I ordered was substandard and faulty and now months and doze of emails later I have still had no response except to say they have received my emails but nothing else. It is impossible to contact them any other way and I am very annoyed and disappointed. I now have over £100 worth of useless material and no idea what else I can do to contact them. The worst customer service I have ever known and please don’t blame Covid, this is simply very bad service and not good enough
