Had an issue around returning funds to the lender, which they tried to insist that the vehicle required an inspection, even though I never took ownership, and was well within my consumer rights to return it, even if I had. So desperate for their commission that I had to chase daily, for funds to eventually be returned.
Some of the staff were lovely but others, extremely poor.
