I am so pleased that I somewhat anxiously signed up for Fresh Start 11 weeks ago. Since then I have dropped a whopping 14 kilos and my husband has dropped 10! All we have done is followed the eating guide that came with the 8 week challenge and tried to walk each day. I feel so healthy and I am fitting into all my lovely clothes that I have not been able to wear for sometime. The food is just delicious, the time from fridge to plate is usually just 30 mins - which is great when you have finished a busy work day and are feeling peekish, and the results are amazing.
