I was a bit dubious regarding My Food Bag - in terms of cost, convenience and if I was going to like the recipes or not and now easy and quick they would be to prepare! But wow I have been utterly blown away! I love it! I chose the 450 cal ones..... and I am 10kg down in five weeks! The choice of veggies has truly taken me outside of my comfort zone! I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of having a try - to go ahead!! It’s epic!! Delicious and nutritious!!!
