My Food Bag has good customer service. We have always found staff deal quickly to resolve any issues we have had with not receiving certain items, food spilt through the box, or any quality issues. The communication methods - mostly through email - are informative and interesting. We especially enjoy getting small "freebies" in our box - we have occasionally had extra recipes, juice, or food items that have been thrown in. That always heightens our experience. I would say that value for money is slightly borderline for us: we pay just a bit more than we would like for the service. But, the convenience of not having to go to the supermarket (especially in lockdown!) and the customer service usually make up for it. We enjoy the meals and like not having to think about what we're going to eat.
