Great variety of tasty recipes with clear instructions. Overall, products included are fresh and good quality. On three occasions the delivery has been left on its side resulting in damaged product (eggs broken etc) it seems the box is carried by one handle vertically. At times the leafy products become wilted prior to use by date and best before dates on proteins (in particular poultry) are short. I raised this with customer care and was advised to put product in the freezer. Whilst I accept this suggestion may be necessary for fish products not being consumed early on, I do not care to freeze proteins and am able to purchase such products at the supermarket with dates that allow just refrigeration prior to consumption.
