I have been really surprised at how much I love the My Food Bag. We do the couples ‘My Choice’ and it has been such a game changer. We eat a better variety of vegetables and are excited to try new things without any worries because the recipes are so easy to follow. It also come with the right portions for most things which I am so grateful for because I really struggle with the idea of food waste and this helps with that so much. It also gives us appropriate portion sizes for two people which was something we struggled with. I honestly love this so much. It’s fun planning our meals for the week when before it always felt like a hassle. We don’t have to suffer through a trip to the supermarket- it gets delivered right to our door. Both my husband and myself are more excited to cook and often we work together to prep the meals. I highly recommend this, I know it’s a bit more expensive than what we would normally do as a supermarket shop but the variety of food more than compensates for that, let alone all the other benefits.
