I have recently taken up one of the great discount offers and have started to order a '5 meals for 4' box which is plenty for our family of 2 adults and 3 children - we often have some leftovers for lunch the next day. The price of what is included is pretty similar to what I would pay at the supermarket for the ingredients so it's worth it for the convenience and it's nice to have some variety and try some new flavours outside of the meals we would normally cook. There's plenty of fresh vege and there are options to switch out any meals, that may not appeal so much, for a different meal in your weekly plan which suits us as we like to avoid the pasta/high carb meals.
