The food is good and choice of recipes is great. Would love a few more ways to make meal prep more efficient (most recipes have grated carrot/grated cheese/peel potatoes) which add heavily to time. Service is bad. I’ve had very slow and unhelpful response from customer service team. I hated the way that their surnames I dealt with were all food! It felt very patronising. I am still waiting for a manager to follow up a problem I had about 3 weeks after the admin team failed. I also signed up to get the free game chips and dip but that never came. I referred a friend who signed up but the credit never came. Things like this is a big put off and I will look at other food companies for the future. Sad as I do like your recipes!
