I got an email from my Foodbag with their Black Friday deal. So I decided to re-subscribe. I had moved houses since my last myfoodbag. In order to change my address I had to resubscribe first then I could change my address to the new one. So I re-subscribed and immediately changed my address. On delivery day my box with my foodbag was delivered to my old address. I called MyFoodbag customer care who said I should go to the old address and collect my box. I did this but when I got there the people living there opened the box and put everything in their fridge. I called myfoodback again. The lady I spoke to said its my fault as I had not changed the delivery address, yet when she looked on the system, it had my new address. I explained that I could not change my address until I had re-subscribed. Which I did and immediately changed my address and this was well before the cut of time for orders. I was told a supervisor would contact me, this has still not happened. Your customer service is non-existent and you did nothing to resolve my issue. Can a supervisor contact me???
