I am a complete rookie when it comes to cooking and as someone living on my own it’s hard to be creative and not eat the same meals on rotation. My Bargain Box has given me lots of simple recipes that include a variety of proteins and veggies I wouldn’t usually cook with. My energy levels have improved and I think these nutritious meals are a big part of it. Also love how fresh and local the ingredients are. I buy the meals for 2 people, which means I get leftovers for lunches - works really well, although some meals are definitely better eaten when cooked. Overall, love my Bargain Boxes!
