Great experience over many years now with Gourmet Bag and now Heat 2 Cook 2. The recipes are balanced and delicious. We have had some issues with delivery times but the customer service to resolve these was excellent. Additionally, whenever we have raised an issue, MFB has been efficient at sorting it out or adding a credit to our account. Our biggest issue is the amount of packaging but we are aware that they are trying to minimise this as best they can.
