Fresh Start is a great way to improve the health of your whanau. After 12 weeks I have lost 9kg and my husband’s diabetes is better controlled.We love the food and look forward to cooking together each night. We are trying food that wouldn’t normally be in our everyday cooking and expanding our love of herbs and spices. The recipes are easy to follow, the food delicious and it takes out the hassle of what to have for dinner!!
