I have been getting the Fresh Start 5 now for 8 or 9 weeks and each week there has been new and exciting delicious meals for me to make. I have not only been amazed at the variety of meals (there has not been one the same) in the whole 9 weeks but more than that I have loved every single one of them. I keep the ingredients of the little packets of spices so that i can replicate them myself on my "days off" There is also a benefit that being a single person sometimes I just could not be bothered to cook for myself - well let me tell you that has changed - each night i look forward to collecting my ingredients for my meal from the fridge/ pantry and assembling a feast of flavour. What a fantastic experience this has been for me and what is more I HAVE LOST WEIGHT DOING IT!!!! Win Win as far as i can see. Game changer for me. Diane
