As a busy family we have found My food bag a lifesaver! Definately a time saver too and so much cheaper when you don't find yourself popping to the supermarket all the time and ending up with all the extras. Great when the first person home can just start dinner with no wondering what to have. Just wish there was a Paleo option but we have enjoyed both Fresh start and Gluten Free food bag options.
