My FreshStart Light food bag has been hugely beneficial to me. With commuting, I'm out of the house for 11 hours every workday, so being able to come home and not have to think about what to cook for dinner is great. The recipes are quick, easy, delicious and satisfying, and I'm eating far more veges than I used to. In the 12 weeks since I started getting My Food Bag, I've lost six kilos - even though those 12 weeks included Xmas! Although it's a little on the expensive side for one person, I would highly recommend Fresh Start for anyone looking to lose weight - the results and the convenience make it totally worth the money! On one occasion, one ingredient was missing from my delivery, but customer support responded quickly and credited my account, so I was very happy with that. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the product and service!
