This has been a game changer for our family. We were caught up in the same old meals each week and food was becoming boring especially for the cook!! I now give my family different flavors and ideas to finish off their days with and i feel totally content that we are eating a fresh healthy balanced diet. Not to mention i save on Grocery's as i don't spent so much time in the supermarket.
