We love not having to think about what's on the menu each night! And fresh start means I know the meals are nutritious and aligned with our health goals. The only downside is finding the odd error in the recipes where it calls for a staple that wasn't listed or the wrong ingredient, and only getting a "so sorry for the inconvenience" message when I follow up about it.
On the odd occasion that produce has arrived rotten or damaged, customer service has been amazing at putting that part right.
