I am so happy to have made the switch to my food bag light start. This has completely removed the stress of weekly menu planning and the mad dash to the supermarket after work. The meals are always interesting healthy and tasty. Food preparation is fun and my partner is now much more involved with the cooking which i love !
I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you have a busy life and want to eat well balanced meals. The little treats we recieve as extras and the tips for healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks are fantastic too.
