We have been receiving the Fresh Start (5 nights for 2) for 10 weeks now. We have enjoyed the convenience and the variety, we are yet to have the same meal twice. There have been a few instances of missed ingredients, but the customer love team are swift to respond and rectify the error. As with any 'one size fits all' food delivery service, there has been the odd meal that was not to my taste, but I have enjoyed the vast majority of the recipes on offer and have collected a few favourites along the way. I have used Fresh Start in combination with regular exercise and healthy eating throughout the rest of the day and have noticed several positive changes; Improved sleep, better moods, higher energy levels, reduced need for caffeine, clearer skin, better digestion and weight loss (I've lost 5kgs in 9 weeks). Overall my experience of Fresh Start has been positive and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a boost in the right direction.
