I was hesitant of joining My Food Bag Fresh start for 2 as it was right at the top of my budget. However, it has been the best step I have taken on my journey to a healthier, lighter lifestyle. The recipes are quick, easy, nutritious and packed full of flavour. Not all of some of the ingredients are used every week and I find these are great for padding out the weekend menu. I unhesitatingly recommend My Food Bag to anyone trying to loose weight and gain an insight into the how and why of yummy, good for you food!
