We have now started our second week of the Fresh Start programme, and really enjoying the meals. “He who must be obeyed” scoffs 2/3 of the meal with a bit of rice extra, and I have found the 1/3 great for me with no extras. As I have MS and mobility is a major problem, I am doing 30 mins a day on Exercycle and already starting to feel a small difference. The meals give me confidence that I am eating a balanced diet. Thank you.
