I have been getting a myfood bag for about 6 weeks now. I buy the fresh start 5 nights for 2. For me the main appeal is that the food is healthy, delicious and calorie proportioned which keeps me from over eating, or eating junk. I am a resonably good cook but I still learn a few tips and tricks from the recipies, and enjoy the flavour combinations. The convenience of not having to think every day, 'Whats for dinner' and then shop for food is very helpful in my life. I just pull a recipie and get started. I also really like the fact that I have no waste food to throw away, as everything is just the right amount. For me its a winner all round and would recommend for anyone busy and wants to eat healthy.
