i love my food bag. The vegies are soooo fresh and the meat is all organic and very fresh. I have lost weight yet i am eating more that i ever have. The spices and sauces are amazing . i tell all my friends to order it and stop worring about what to cook as the recipes are easy to follow and i produce yummy food with less that 500 calories
