We are getting the gourmet meals 4 nights a week for 2 of us. Recipes are great food is fabulous. Easy and quick to follow and prepare. It's a pleasure now to prepare dinner at night after work. So many to put in our "favourites" folder.
Frustratingly we have now twice over the period of 2 months had ingredients missing from our food bag. Whilst we have received refunds for missing items. Response has been quite slow, over a week to acknowledge our missing items. On one occasion it was a flavour packet which affected the taste and quality of our meal. It would be helpful when items such as this are missing a quick response with an alternative suggestion to the missing flavour packet would be appreciated and helpful.
