My family and I are really enjoying the variety of meals and ethnic dishes. There are a few meals we have modified to suit us better, but we really can't complain. The only thing that continues to discourage us is the Red cod - it doesn't cook well and has a very odd taste. We love the Hoki though :) It is lovely to have the "what's for dinner" pressure taken away and our family to get excited about meals again. Also we save so much, because we would all rather eat at home than out or get takeaways!! Also - keep the gifts coming (*snigger*) - these are fabulous!!
