We we lucky to sign up for My food Bag just before lockdown so didn't have any problems shopping over that time. Since lockdown has finished we have continued and have had no great craving for take away's or restaurant food. This is because everyday we're trying something new without any really effort and we know we're eating well and healthy. It felt that it was a little extravagant at first but when you compare the price of regular weekly shopping and meal prep plus the price of take away you have and generally there's no wasted, it easily justify's the cost. As you get great recipe cards with all the details you can easily re do any favorite meals on the days off if you choose.
