Very good customer care when buying however customer care after purchase is a different story. They offer ‘easy’ return and refund service but there is constant emails and unanswered phone calls to contend with. When a refund is made, the original ‘free post’ is then deducted from your refund. There is no mention of this in the refund policy. Overall a mixed experience with My Friend Alice.
