A real shame as this company could be such a good company but their workers are so poor at their jobs that this company should be avoided, even if their prices look good. The hassle of constantly having to contact customer services (through an online message as they have no phone number) and their copy-and-paste responses after you report incorrect orders and missing items is just too frustrating. I have ordered three (3) times from MyGeekBox and three (3) times they have got my order wrong and delivered short. The first time I ordered four (4) of their boxes and only received three (3), the second time the same, and the third time I ordered six (6) items and only received five (5). The second time they said do I want a replacement, I said yes and they then got back and asked me to confirm. I said yes, please send a replacement. They got back and said is it the same address. I said yes. They got back and said we can't give you a replacement, only a refund. About six more messages and I eventually got the refund.This last time (only a couple of days ago) when I only received five items instead of six, I told them I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund for the missing box. Their response - can you send us a picture of the damaged item. What?!? One(1) out of five (5) stars. I would give less if I could.
