When I ran out of my neck cream (which I had purchased in a med spa), I went to the internet to see how I could get another one quickly. The price was good at your company, reviews were favorable, and it was supposed to arrive on September 4th - perfect since I was leaving on vacation on the 6th. Then when it was too late to order anywhere else, I was notified that it would not arrive until September 7th, which meant I didn't have it for my trip. Aside from this disappointment, I was pleased.
