Absolute joke of a service! The amount of times I've had an email at 4pm saying no one was in when they tried to deliver my parcel when I've been home all day waiting for it is unbelievable! This has happened to alot of my friends and people I know as well on multiple occasions! And surprise surprise, trying to get hold of someone to find out what the hell is going on is near impossible! AVOID HERMES AT ALL COSTS!!!
