I dropped the following parcels off at my local parcel shop on Tuesday 20th October between 18.55 - 19.00 and the parcels are still showing as received at the sender's local depot. I have since been to my local parcel shop on Friday 23rd October to drop off another package. I asked the staff at the Co-Op if my parcels that I dropped off on Tuesday were still there and they said that all the parcels had been collected by the Hermes courier. I find this a bit disconcerting as there is no tracking information to confirm where they are and the recipients are chasing me for answers.
