This company need to be investigated! They're thieves! Received an email from them today, saying that my parcel will be delivered at 11am to 1pm. I waited and when it was past 1pm , I checked my email and clicked on the tracking. I was shocked to find out that it has been delivered with a photo that I don't recocognised. I did not receive my parcel neither heard any knock on the door. I have checked everywhere and couldn't find any parcel. What is going on with this company? Can someone please help!. The photo that I saw was a picture with someone's feet. It's not my area
