We ordered in store from a retailer for next day delivery. Promised by Hermes and the retailer. 3 weeks later the parcel has still not arrived. Can’t get through to Hermes just a robot with the same information week after week. The retailer can see it’s with Hermes at their depot. Nobody wants to take responsibility and the purchase was over £100 !! AVOID HERMES.
