Been expecting a parcel and twice Hermes state they have attempted delivery but I was not home. I'm self-isolating so that is a total lie. I actually usually avoid ordering items that state they use Hermes but had no choice on this occasion. No idea why retailers still use this company as they must have to refund customers constantly.
