Absolutely useless service. Avoid at all costs!
Parcel was delivered to the wrong address at the wrong time. No apologies, No attempt to rectify any problems. Impossible to contact them. Finally got a response via email which resolved nothing. Hard to believe that reputable companies actually use this unprofessional service.
