Hermes have failed to deliver my orders on 2 occasions. On day when they have confirmed a delivery time I have had it amended on as many as 3 times on the same day. Frankly I would prefer to use a retailer that does not rely on Hermes for delivery in future. Hermes are hardly fit for purpose.
