Impossible to contact.
Customer service doesn't exist... 'contact us' means speaking to holly the robot. no email, no phone contact & the Hermes App hasn't been updated for a week now.
My parcel has been out for 3 weeks & nothing has been updated on its progress since 25th October.
I should at least be able to track where my parcel is, or speak to someone to find out if its been lost.
The WORST, Most unhelpful courier i've ever used.
