This company is positively the worst I have ever come across. They fail to collect, they fail to deliver, Holly is a joke, when you put in the 16 digit tracking number it is not recognised despite being copied and pasted. The excuses for non delivery are wearing thin. Of the last two collections and four deliveries due all have gone astray or deemed undeliverable. Customer service is an utter joke.
