Hermes are absolutely Rubbish. A company that does not want to communicate with the customer. They text me to say they were going to delivery a parcel to me today, but with an incorrect address. There is no means to phone them to email them or contact them in any way. To top it all my parcel never arrived. Why oh why, would any company want to use Hermes as a courier service; they don't know the meaning of the word. Hermes is rubbish. My advice, use another unrelated company.
