Do not use. 2 deliveries have gone missing. They were supposed to have been delivered to a safe place. It is so safe even Hermes does not know where it is. 1 delivery has been successfully delivered twice and after contacting customer services was told it was lost in the network. This is despite a photo on their web site of delivery. No card was left and 5he photo shows an indoor room with the parcel. This is surprising as the current covid regulations do not allow people to enter the home. Hermes say I should claim from the supplier but they are saying it was delivered so I am out of pocket. I will never order from a company who deals with these con merchants again.
