This is absolutely terrible service I live in a flat and the delivery driver has just been seen ringing the door dell and getting started back into his van without waiting for a reply. It took me about 10 seconds to release the door. I run down the stairs and got to the curb as the guy was driving off my neighbour ask him to wait but he drove off anyway. What a way to run a company. I would never personally use them but the company the parcel is from uses them. Terrible Terrible service again and again. No sorry we miss you card in door. Another day wasted.
